Fotas
A nonprofit organization dedicated to creating or increasing possibilities for Tanzanian children to study. This charity characterises strong personal help in which the student gets the opportunity to attend schooling for four or five years. For each student Fotas identifies the most suitable solution, which can be financial assistance, materials and supplies, travel expenses or even boarding fees when the location of a school is too far from a child's home.
Kuleana
Kuleana is a nonprofit organization that operates a centre for street children in Tanzania. The center provides counseling services and other basic needs to street children before reintegrating them back into their families. In addition to the children's center, Kuleana also advocates for children's rights.
World Computer Exchange
World Computer Exchange (WCE) is a global educational and environmental nonprofit helping connect youth in 65 developing countries to the skills, opportunities, and understanding of the Internet - while keeping used working computers out of landfills. |
