Terry is founder and Managing Director of Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in middle market manufacturing, healthcare, and business service companies. Prior to Arsenal, he was a principal at Thomas H. Lee Company, a $12 billion leveraged buyout firm, where he invested in manufacturing, services and media companies. He also worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. Terry received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of Interdynamics, Inc. and Renaissance Mark, Inc.
